Regulatory Recovery Charge: The Regulatory Recovery Fee is a service charge imposed on Daywalker Mobile services to recover Daywalker Mobile contributions to federal, state and municipal regulatory programs and assessments levied on Daywalker Mobile, including, without limitation, state universal service programs, Carrier fees, and federal fees.
