What does "throttling" mean?
2G speeds, the functionality of some data applications such as streaming video or audio may be affected. Your data speeds will be restored at the beginning of your next plan cycle. If you can't wait, you can restore your data by, (1) restarting your plan or (2) purchasing a Data Top-Up from MYACCOUNT. Your throttle speed is 64kbps - 128kpbs.
