How do our plans work, you ask?

Simple! 1. Visit the plan page and select your preferred network. 2. Check your average data usage on your device. 3. Choose a plan that suits your needs. 4. Check the eligibility of your device on the detail page of the plan you selected. 5. If your device is eligible, click the "Continue" button to sign in (if you are a member) or sign up (if you are not a member). 6. Order the plan. *Note: Our membership is free. The shopping cart includes a monthly SIM card usage fee and a shipping/handling fee of $6.99. 7. Once you receive your SIM card, go to the "Activate Your Plan" page on our site and follow the instructions to activate your SIM card.

Can I bring my own device to DAYWALKER MOBILE?

Absolutely! You can get DAYWALKER MOBILE service on your current phone as long as it is compatible. Compatible phones include: GSM Unlocked phones, AT&T-compatible phones, T-Mobile-compatible phones, Verizon-compatible phones, and some CDMA Technology-compatible phones.

How do I port-In?

Let us check your device for compatibility (Online tool coming soon). Please have ready Your Account number, Phone Number, and PIN (If applicable), and Your Billing Name & Address. How do I activate service?

Once you place an order, your SIM card or eSIM will be shipped to the provided address. After receiving your SIM card or eSIM, go to the "Activate Your Plan" page on our website and follow the instructions to activate your SIM card. The package of the SIM card and email from DaywalkerMobile.com will also contain detailed instructions on how to start your service. IMEI, ESN, and MEIDs are all codes used by manufacturers and cellular carriers to uniquely identify each device. What does "throttling" mean?

2G speeds, the functionality of some data applications such as streaming video or audio may be affected. Your data speeds will be restored at the beginning of your next plan cycle. If you can't wait, you can restore your data by, (1) restarting your plan or (2) purchasing a Data Top-Up from MYACCOUNT. Your throttle speed is 64kbps - 128kpbs.
